Mr Gautam Jain is associated with Retailers Association of India since last 18 years. Because of his leadership and motivational qualities he has been serving the industry trade body as Director of Advocacy.

• Responsible for being the change agent in retail advocacy through policy recommendation, suggesting reform road-maps, facilitating retail trade.
• Actively interact with Central as well as the State Government in the identified areas for the development of the retailers, with an objective to improve the retail environment in India.

A keen believer of social welfare and person of A Service-First Mindset , he has been actively involved in the welfare of the marginalized sections of society over the past decade,

By qualification he is a chartered accountant.
